I heard about DC Plastic Surgery Boutique through a really good friend. She had some cosmetic work done by Dr. Kulkarni, and the results were very nice. I had been thinking about having a breast augmentation for some time now, but I was afraid. It wasn’t until I booked my consultation with Dr. Kulkarni that I realized it was time to make my dream come true. Dr. Kulkarni has the hands of an angel. She was born to do what she does for so many women. Her entire staff is just so good, and they make you feel welcome. I’m at my six-month post-op, and I couldn’t be happier with the way my new breast looks. They are absolutely gorgeous! Thank you, DC Plastic Surgery Boutique. 😊

Dr. Kulkarni and her team are incredible. Absolutely peerless in care and skill. From the first visit until well after surgery and the recovery period, she was incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, warm and caring. She listens, spends time with and delivers for her patients. You will be cared for from start to finish in a way that prioritizes wellness, safety and peace of mind. Everyone I came into contact with in this beautiful boutique office was great: nursing team, anesthesiologist, surgery techs, and the office team. I interviewed many surgeons and was so glad that I made the choice to go with Dr. Kulkarni and her team.

While the surgery went great and my wife is happy with the results I feel that the consultation piece was lacking. We traveled out of town and at no point was I informed during the consultation that we would have to fly back or pay for a local doctor to see her before the one year mark. We were told that all follow ups could be done virtual. Well we had to go see another doctor here locally which cost extra and was a waste of time. Then I was never told I would have to pay for pathology which is an extra 400$ I just felt a little mislead on this front and its an expensive procedure and hidden extra costs were not discussed. I feel like this needs to be addressed when having the initial consultation.

Dr. Kulkarni and her staff are amazing. I had such a great experience from my first phone call to the office to my follow up appointments after my procedure. Dr. Kulkarni listened to exactly what I wanted and was very informative. I’m amazed with how skilled she is as a surgeon and am so happy with my result.
