This man has no care or patience for anyone who wouldn't already fit on a magazine cover. We would drive over an hour every other week to see him and he would spend 30 seconds with us and not even look at my significant other's skin graft. Very seldom another appointment would come in after us and you could hear the man the entire time through the walls with other patients. There couldn't have ever been more than 1 or 2 other patients in the small office during our visits. After 3 months of follow up appointments and a growing, burning rash, the only answer was "more ointment and elevate it." We eventually had to get the surgery completely redone (by a different doctor) after the ER found stitches that were left in and a staph infection that had developed. The new doctor also informed us the "ointment" was also making the infection worse. Unless you consider yourself desperate, I'd see who else takes your insurance.

I went to see Dr. O’Toole after being referred by my dermatologist for mole removal on my face. When I was there for that consultation, I also inquired about a breast reduction and after speaking with Dr. O’Toole, I wanted to follow through with the surgery. Dr. O’Toole and his entire team - Kadie, Nicole, and Tracy, are amazing. Unlike a lot of doctors I’ve come in contact with over the years, Dr. O’Toole listens to your questions and concerns. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, and makes himself available to his patients even after office hours if you have any concerns. I felt comfortable going into my surgery and knew I was in good hands. The first thing I noticed within the first week post-surgery was that my back pain was gone. Now I am six weeks out and along with the back pain gone, I finally feel like I look the way I am supposed to look. I am so happy with the results and am much more confident in my appearance.

I will say this Dr does have a practice. However is over filled with pride. As well as a scoffer. Who in his sins and person will neglect his patients. Even if there are outside factors. So if u don't fit into the profile of this Dr. He will neglect you. He is truly a sadist. And instead of helping and healing his patients. If he feels by his judgement u don't deserve to be well he will neglect you. And yes he will make any excuses to why you are at fault. Witch yes we all need to take responsibility for our actions. So he will with hold treatment. And when forgetting to remove stitches. Instead of saying oh I'm sorry we must have forgotten. He and his whole staff will stick to the lie in pride. Instead of looking Then blame the patient When they have an infection. And refuse to provide treatment that Is of basic need. Much love to all. And I hope this Dr. Eventually. Repents and changes his ways. Be careful attending his practice.
