Dr. Pinsky and his team made me feel so seen from the moment I first walked through the doors. I went for a breast explant and I am so pleased with my decision and the results. Dr. Pinksy was very open-minded and kind ; as were his team. I was left with very minimal scarring and pain. I felt very well taken care of for each appointment I went to ( prior to the procedure and after). Also pricing for the procedure was very affordable and you are still treated with 5 star care and work. I had so much anxiety going back into surgery for a second time, yet I felt so safe. Well done!

Had a bad experience here unfortunately. I made an appointment with one of the drs and he was very nice and addressed my needs and made an appointment for minor surgery. However, after my insurance initially rejected my claim as purely cosmetic I appealed and my insurance tried to reach out to him several times. He never answered and he stopped communicating with me as well. All it would have taken is about 5 minutes of his time but instead he effectively blacklisted me as a patient. Really disappointing. You can do better elsewhere.
